From the first email message to the day the doors are hung.
Start the conversation by telling us what your project is — a single replacement, a full apartment, or an entire residence — along with rough dimensions, the rooms involved, and any references you already have. There is no form; everything happens in chat.
We respond with suggestions: which door styles suit your interior, which materials are appropriate for each room, and which finishes will sit well with your existing surfaces. We ask clarifying questions until the brief is clear.
Once the direction is agreed, we send a written specification covering dimensions, materials, finish, and hardware. Nothing enters production until you sign it off.
Your doors are scheduled into our production calendar with a clear lead time. We update you at meaningful milestones — material selection, finishing, and final inspection.
Doors are packed and delivered to site, with installation coordinated alongside your contractor or installer. Where required, we provide installation guidance for the local team.
After installation, we conduct a final walkthrough — checking alignment, hardware operation, and finish — and sign off the project together with you.

We deliberately keep the process conversational. email is the only channel we ask you to use — for the brief, for clarification, for the written specification, and for project updates. Everything we agree is documented in the same chat history you can scroll back through.
Send a message — even a few lines is enough to get the project moving.
